"WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?"

Everything is made to order in our UK workshop, so it takes a little time. Once finished, we ship using Royal Mail 48-hour tracked service.

  • UK Delivery: Usually dispatched in 3–5 working days.
  • Heads up: We aim to have orders are ready in 2 days, but during busy times/promotional periods, it might take up to 5 days (or a little longer).

If you’re in a rush or need it by a certain date, just drop us a message—we’ll do what we can to help!

"WHAT SIZE SHOULD I GET?"

If you’re unsure, reach out and we’ll help you pick!

  • T-shirts: Stick with your usual size for a comfy fit, grab one of your favourite tees and measure it then check out which size is closest on our size chart.
  • Hoodies/Sweatshirts: We currently offer regular size hoods and sweats. They’re a normal relaxed fit, cozy, and super comfy - go for your regular size or size up if you want it extra big!

"CAN I RETURN SOMETHING?"

Of course! If you need to return something, make sure it’s unworn and unwashed. Once we get it back and check it, we’ll sort out a refund or exchange.

Here’s how to return:

  1. Email returns@bibbobclothing.uk with your name and order number. We’ll get back to you ASAP.
  2. Pop your order info and reason for return (like the packing slip or a note) in with the return. Missing info might delay your refund.
  3. Package your items you are returning and send to our return address:
