Refund and Returns Policy
At Bib Bob Clothing we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not 100% happy, we’re here to help. Please read our returns policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience:
1. Returns Eligibility
• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable cannot be returned.
• For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: underwear and swimwear.
2. How to Initiate a Return
1. Email returns@bibbobclothing.uk with your name and order number. We’ll get back to you ASAP.
2. Pop your order info and reason for return (like the packing slip or a note) in with the return. Missing info might delay your refund.
3. Package up your item(s) you are returning and send to our return address:

3. Return Shipping
• For ALL Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.
4. Refunds & Processing
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item(s).
• Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If your return does not meet our criteria, we may send the item(s) back to you.
5. Exchanges
• We currently only offer direct exchanges for the same design/item of clothing but in a different size. Please return your item and include a note on you order for your replacement product size.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at with your order details and photos of the issue. We will provide a resolution promptly.
7. Gift Returns
If you are returning a gift, please provide the order number or purchaser’s details. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
